Creative Producer – Print, Packaging & Physical Production

£35,000–£40,000 + monthly bonus

Our client creates premium PR mailers, creative packaging and branded experiences for leading beauty, cosmetics and lifestyle brands.

We're looking for a Creative Producer to take projects from initial brief through to concept, prototype, production and final delivery.

The Creative Producer role

  • Manage multiple creative and packaging projects from brief to delivery
  • Develop concepts, mock-ups and prototypes
  • Coordinate artwork, suppliers and external production
  • Obtain quotes and manage costs, timelines and quality
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Review proofs, samples and finished products
  • Solve problems and keep projects moving

Who we're looking for

We're open to candidates from print, packaging, creative production, graphic design, account management or project management backgrounds.

You'll need to be:

  • Creative but commercially minded
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing clients and suppliers
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Interested in print, packaging, materials and physical production
