🎯 The Role: Account Manager

In this role, you’ll take the lead on new and ongoing client projects — ensuring solutions are commercially sound, creatively compelling, and delivered seamlessly.

Working alongside the Business Unit, Insight, Creative, and Project Management teams, you’ll be the driving force behind proposals, briefs, quotes, and all elements of client engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong, strategic client partnerships
• Identify, develop, and win new opportunities within existing accounts
• Produce proposals, quotes, and support creative briefs
• Collaborate with Project Managers to turn client needs into delivery plans
• Drive profitability while ensuring exceptional client experience
• Promote sustainable and environmentally conscious practices
• Act as a positive ambassador for the business and wider team
