Quinn Quest Talent is working with a leading print and visual communications business looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to help grow its customer base across the UK.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who look after their staff, with excellent production capabilities, a strong service offering and the ability to deliver projects from initial concept through to print, signage and installation.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

• Identify and win new business across large format print, retail POS and visual communications.
• Build relationships with brands, retailers, agencies and existing customers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into profitable sales.
• Understand client briefs and recommend the right print, display and signage solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects that meet customer expectations.
• Grow accounts, uncover new opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
• Take ownership of your sales activity, from prospecting through to closing the deal.

💥 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in large format print, retail POS, signage, display or visual communications.
• A proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing the sales process.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to deliver results.
• Someone who understands the market, knows how to open doors and enjoys winning business.
