Creative Account Manager / Producer – Beauty & Packaging

Quinn Quest Talent is recruiting for a Creative Account Manager / Producer to join an innovative business working with leading beauty, lifestyle and consumer brands, creating packaging, PR mailers, POS and other creative brand experiences.

This is a client-facing, agency-style role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from initial brief through to a finished product, combining strong relationship management with an understanding of packaging and creative production.

The Account Manager Role:

You'll work closely with clients, creative teams and specialist suppliers to develop and deliver projects, helping turn creative ideas into commercially viable finished products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships and projects from initial brief through to delivery.
• Working with clients and creative teams to develop concepts, materials and finished products.
• Managing packaging, PR mailer, POS and promotional projects.
• Coordinating multiple specialist suppliers and production partners.
• Advising on appropriate materials, finishes and production routes.
• Managing project budgets, timelines and client expectations.
• Obtaining and reviewing quotations and ensuring projects remain commercially viable.
• Coordinating artwork, approvals, sampling and production.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships.

About You

We're looking for someone with agency-side Account Management, Project Management or Creative Production experience, ideally with exposure to packaging.

You'll need:

• Experience working within a creative, design, branding, marketing or agency environment.
• Experience managing client projects involving packaging and/or print-led creative production.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• A good understanding of how creative ideas translate into physical products.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and quotations.
• Experience managing external suppliers and multiple projects.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A creative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with rigid paper-over-board or corrugated packaging, die-cutting, foiling, Spot UV, litho, digital or screen printing would be highly advantageous.
• Experience within beauty, cosmetics, retail, luxury, PR or influencer marketing would also be beneficial.
