We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Designer with strong SolidWorks skills to turn creative concepts into accurate, practical, manufacture-ready designs.

You'll join a leading European retail marketing agency, working on exciting POS, retail displays, fixtures, brand activations and in-store environments for major global brands.

This is where creative meets production. You'll be the technical link between the two — developing 3D models, solving manufacturing challenges and making sure ambitious designs can actually be built.

What you'll be doing

• Developing creative concepts into detailed 3D SolidWorks models

• Producing technical, manufacturing and assembly drawings, BOMs and specifications

• Working with materials including timber, metal, acrylic, plastics and print

• Reviewing designs for manufacturing, tolerances, construction and cost

• Working closely with creative teams, Project Managers, suppliers and fabricators

• Using value engineering to improve efficiency without compromising the design

What we're looking for

• You'll have strong professional SolidWorks / 3D CAD experience and a background in technical design for physical manufacture.
• Experience in retail display, POS/POP, shopfitting, exhibitions, brand activation, experiential or similar environments would be ideal.
• We're looking for someone who understands how things are made, not just how they look — someone confident enough to challenge a design, spot potential problems and find practical solutions.
• SolidWorks experience is essential.
