Print Production Project Manager – 2D & 3D POS

£32,500 – £40,000 | Northampton | Hybrid – 2+ days per week

Quinn Quest Talent are recruiting for an experienced Print Production Project Manager to join a leading creative and production agency in Northampton.

This is a hands-on role managing a varied range of 2D print and 3D POS projects, from brief through to production and final delivery. You'll work closely with suppliers, managing costs, schedules, quality and deadlines across multiple projects.

Projects can include retail displays, 3D cardboard POS, FSDUs, shippers, product launch materials, print, graphics and promotional items.

About the Project Manager opportunity:

• Manage print and POS projects from brief through to delivery
• Coordinate suppliers, procurement and production schedules
• Manage estimates, costs and supplier negotiations
• Monitor production and resolve issues
• Visit suppliers where required for QC, testing and production sign-off
• Work closely with Account Management and production teams
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and project administration
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs

We're looking for:

• Strong hands-on print production/project management experience
• Good knowledge of 2D print and POS
• Experience managing print/production suppliers
• Understanding of how physical creative is produced
• Strong organisational and commercial skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good Excel/MS Office skills
• Desirable: experience with 3D cardboard POS, FSDUs, shippers, retail displays, FMCG, beauty or consumer brands.
