Senior Project Manager – Bespoke Retail / Fixtures / Shop-fitting 

£42,000–£50,000 | Northampton | Hybrid

Quinn Quest Talent are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project / Production Manager to join a leading creative and production agency, delivering high-end, bespoke retail projects for major international brands.

This is a hands-on role working across premium retail environments, Global Travel Retail and branded spaces, taking projects from concept and technical development through to production and installation.

Projects can include bespoke retail fixtures, displays, tasting areas and shopper experiences, using materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, Corian and marble, alongside lighting, technology and interactive elements.

The Senior Project Manager role:

  • Own bespoke retail projects from concept through to installation
  • Work closely with Account Directors, creative teams, suppliers and installation partners
  • Review technical/CAD drawings and assess production feasibility
  • Solve challenges around space, materials, fabrication, logistics, lighting and installation
  • Manage procurement, production, shipping, installation, budgets and timelines
  • Negotiate with suppliers and identify opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies
  • Get involved early to advise on feasibility, budget and production solutions
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Work with international teams and production partners
  • Support and mentor more junior Project/Production Managers

We're looking for:

  • Strong Senior Project / Production Management experience
  • Proven experience delivering bespoke physical retail or branded environment projects
  • Background in retail, POS, experiential, shopfitting or branded environments
  • Comfortable reading and questioning technical/CAD drawings
  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, production and installation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical approach to production
  • Strong commercial and supplier management experience
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing complex projects
  • Highly desirable: Global Travel Retail/airport retail, luxury retail, department stores, large-scale bespoke builds, lighting/technology or international production and installation experience.
